Nissan Rogue Service Manual: Steering column

Inspection

HOLE COVER SEAL, HOLE COVER AND LOWER SHAFT

Check each part of hole cover seal, hole cover and steering column and lower shaft for damage or other malfunctions.

Replace if necessary.

STEERING COLUMN

Steering column length (with steering wheel and air bag module installed) : Refer toST-18, "Steering Column".

Rotating torque : Refer to ST-18, "Steering Column".

Steering column

Tilt operating range (L1) : Refer to ST-18, "Steering Column".
Telescopic operating range (L2) : Refer toST-18, "Steering Column".
